Subject: | Hoo Knew - Are you seeing a blank screen in Kaltura? |
Some students have encountered a blank screen when they attempt to upload media into the Kaltura Media Gallery tool. The blank screen normally indicates that Adobe Flash Player isn't installed on your computer, or isn't enabled in the browser in which you're working.
If Flash Player isn't installed on your computer, you can download it from the Flash Player Download page. Once you've installed Flash Player, you may need to enable it in your browser. The Flash Player Help page provides links to illustrated instructions for enabling it in all major browsers.
