April 2, 2020: Libraries have temporarily suspended in-person service; expanded online resources available

Several avenues are available for members of the UVA community needing Library resources, including HathiTrust’s newly-released trove of copyrighted digital material, open educational resources, online journals, databases, and e-books. Additionally, subject liaisons can help locate appropriate online materials. Find out more >

I. Complete and submit the Library's Instructional Scanning Request form.

  1. Go to the Instructional Scanning Request Form and login using your ILS account user name and LEO/ILS password.  If you don't already have an account, click on First Time Users and fill out the form.
  2. Under Request Type in the navigation menu, choose UVACollab to access the scanning request form.
  3. Your requested materials will be scanned and you will receive an email from ISS staff that contains a link to download your requested materials as a PDF.
