- Go to the Instructional Scanning Request Form and login using your ILS account user name and LEO/ILS password. If you don't already have an account, click on First Time Users and fill out the form.
- Under Request Type in the navigation menu, choose UVACollab to access the scanning request form.
- Your requested materials will be scanned and you will receive an email from ISS staff that contains a link to download your requested materials as a PDF.
