NOTE: About mailchimp banners, there are always two version of each required.

One is used with the newsletter template, and the other used with form templates accessed under Lists section of Mailchimp.

And remember that most images for templates are pulled from the Tibet Center website at this url, www.uvatibetcenter.org/img/ - this was done for certain practical reasons which may change in time with Mailchimp, but it still appears there are no problems maintaining the temaplte images on this uva server rather than Mailchimp -

The one image for all Tibet temapltes that is stored/accessed from Mailchimp servers is the image for the form banners.
