In the UVaCollab course site: RF Circuits-15
Course Description (for SIS)
In this class, you will learn how to design, analyze, and measure circuits and components that operate at radio frequencies. Moreover, you will be introduced to a number of important components and circuit designs that are commonly used for wireless/RF circuits (but are less familiar at lower frequencies). The term "radio frequency" is a bit general, but usually refers to the frequency bands that are used for radio (wireless) transmission. The course includes a lab in which students will design, fabricate, and test the RF front-end components to create a weather satellite receiver. The receiver is tested at the end of the semester.
