Tibetan And Himalayan Community Resources Editorial Board

Responsibilities: The THL Editorial Board for Tibetan and Himalayan Community Resources is responsible for developing and overseeing the facilitation of communication networks, as well as initiatives for linking THL work to support of community development projects in Tibet and the Himalayas. The Board also decides on the administrative boards for such individual components if deemed necessary. In addition, the editorial board acts as gatekeeper in considering new project proposals, monitoring current projects, and supervising the process of peer review for completed projects to be collected permanently within THL. When an individual component grows large and stable enough, it should develop its own separate administrative structure for direct supervision, although the Community Editorial Board will continue to oversee general issues related to its overall function within THL.
