  1. You can use THL's worksites driven by SAKAI technology. Its RESOURCES tools allows you to upload and download files. You need to have an account, so contact thdl@virginia.edu if you are a content collaborator on THL and what to use a worksite to transfer files.
  2. There are a number of free sites that allow you to use their site to transfer extremely large files to other people.
