Integration Of The PHP THL Integration Plugin Into SPT

For the handling of templateless pages for iframes described in The THL Integration Plugins' Handling Of Iframes to work in SPT (specifically in the SPT instance at /references/spt), the code in spt/SPTUI--Standards/include/SPT--StandardPageStart.html had to be modified to allow the integration plugin, via /global/php/header.php, to create the beginning part of the THL template. Some of SPT's conditionals had to be moved higher in the code to allow them to be added to $add_header. For further details, please refer to the code.
