how to get THL dev directory running locally

Working on Mac OSX

This instruction worked for me on Mac OS 10.6 running VirtualHostX (good software for macs I recommend)

All that is necessary is to comment out a couple things in /global/php directory:

FIRST class_thl_integration.php - on line #22 // session_start();

SECOND header.php - on line #3 // header( "Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8" );
