This is a collaborative site for open source software development, providing access to source code and developer's documentation for various THL Tools, including Jskad, TiblEdit (TIBBIBL bibliography editor), the Translation Tool, and the Tibetan Machine and Tibetan Machine/Tibetan Machine Web fonts.

The THL Tools project is generously hosted by SourceForge.net

Instructions for adding users to THL sourceforge project:

1. Go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/thdltools/ and log in
2. Pull down the Project Admin menu and click on Members
3. Add the person's Sourceforge username in the box at the top of the page and click Add Member
4. Assign permissions
5. To change permissions, click on the person's name in the list and select the level of permissions you want to assign
