Scout Portal ToolkitTo maintain bibliography of Web sites and secondary literatureMYSQL, PHPPHP 4.0.6 and MySQL 3.23.29. Red Hat Linux 7.3 (full installation) or later is the recommended environment for running SPT, but it also runs on Solaris and OS X servers.Open Source project developed by University of Wisconsin. We modified it from a tool for URL management to a tool for dealing with print resources too.The SPT web site offers downloads and documentation, while our documentation focus on how to do cataloging with SPT. Since we have had to adapt it to work properly on our Website and with Tibetan Unicode, may or may not want to get our installation directly.
