Ganden Palace
The Ganden Palace (dga’ ldan pho brang) was the largest polity on the Tibetan plateau since the ninth century disintegration of the Tibetan Empire, and was nominally ruled by the series of Dalai Lamas from the fifth to the fourteenth.
