This initiative aims at working with local residents in Tibetan communities to provide training that enables them to express their knowledge and perspectives to other Tibetan communities, as well as to other peoples. The goal is to help support Tibetans use these tools and processes to engage in internal self-reflection as well as external self-representation. The broader goal is to create a distributed network of knowledge production that enables people across cultures, economic sectors, and other divides to engage in self-analysis and self-reflection, and then utilize the resultant products in socially beneficial ways.
