Description of the Entity:

%frel.role = Feature relation types.

'Partof' means 'contained within' and can be used for either administrative or non-administrative relationships. Examining the type of the feature being pointed to will make the nature of the 'partof' relationship clearer. When the feature pointed to is an administrative one, the relationship is obviously administrative. 'Adjacent' means 'touching or sharing a common border' while 'intersects' means 'overlaps'. 'Near' means 'in the vicinity of'. 'Contains' means 'completely contained within the boundaries of'.
