If you have to make a conference call amongst more than two people, it is much more efficient and professional to create a number that everyone can call into. You can do this for free:
You have to set-up an account (takes a few seconds) and then you can schedule free conference calls. Please note that the free service involves a non-toll-free number; to get a toll-free number for participants to call into, you have to pay money. However, in these days many have free long distance so that is not necessary much of an issue.
