To publish an entire book on THL, follow the same instructions as you do for preparing an essay in a Word doc. There are a few exceptions:

Break the book into several individual Word docs. These should be approximately 100 pages each, but can be a little longer if you need to do that in order to break it at a chapter.
Each chapter or section of the book: apply the Word style Heading 1,h1

Extracting Essay IDs: this is for books the individual sections of which will be linked to places in the Place Dictionary.
