Description of the Element

frelgrp = feature relastionship group

A group of related features. This can be used in order to group together certain features based on whatever criteria determined by the maker of the gazetteer. For example one may choose to group together buildings by a type such as 'earthen structure'.

Germano has asked for a content model more like (frelgrp|frel)+ so that feature relations can be presented hierarchically; however, this is too fragile. It's better to build the display from the gazetteer itself. The rendering engine can contain the logic for doing this.
