Definition of the Element

Description of the Element
place = Spatial location of the feature. If multiple address, boundedby, measurement and geometry elements are necessary, then the place element must be repeated. The time element in this context is used to encode the time range during which the feature was at this location.
The use of boundedby and geometry is not yet documented and it is unclear whether this data belongs in the XML at all, as it has been to date, or if it all should be derived from they geodatabase to come.
