Long Cataloging Form
The long cataloging form includes fields for chapter titles along with pagination to form a TOC, along with text titles at the end of chapters and all provenance information. This form was the initial one developed for the in-depth cataloging of the rNying ma rgyud 'bum. The form can be downloaded through the first link below.
